The Science

At this juncture, there are few studies on kambo and its long term effects. One of the most extensive studies was by the Italian scientist and Nobel prize nominee for his discovery of serotonin Vittorio Erspamer in 1986. He describes kambo to be a "fantastic peptide cocktail with potential medical applications unequaled by any other amphibian." I've also included studies on some of the specific peptides within kambo, and their verifiable and extensive health benefits. Below is a comprehensive list of several articles detailing what has been studied so far.

Most studies are on the effects of the medicine while it is working through the system, rather than before and after results or bloodwork comparisons, at least for now. Hopefully, in the near future that will change.

Very unfortunately, due to the astonishing results of the studies that do exist, pharmaceutical companies are already rushing to patent several of the peptides found in the frog medicine. 70 patents exist currently in the U.S. alone, and peptides are being used intravenously to cure many different types of cancer. Personally, I feel that the real thing straight from the source is always better than any pharmaceutical genetic replica, considering that many pharmaceuticals carelessly put in needless additives or toxic ingredients for shelf life and preservation, and MOST (but not all) pharmaceuticals have long term negative impacts that counteract most of the initial health benefits achieved. Spirit medicines are more than just chemistry, hence their name.

Slander and Misconceptions

As I have continued to research kambo for updates on studies and new information backed by science, I've witnessed the tone changing in the articles that come up first in a quick search. I have already watched as groups with ulterior motives attempt to slander its reputation, making it appear to be unsafe and even deadly. With a proper dosage and a knowledgeable practitioner, along with taking necessary precautions and being completely open and honest with your practitioner about health conditions and medications, the medicine is absolutely safe. A good practitioner would never put anyone at risk, and would err on the side of caution, and I do just that.

For now, kambo is completely legal in all countries except Australia, however if the pharmaceutical companies are patenting the medicine, the laws may change in the future to persecute practitioners and protect big Pharma, as they often do. We pray for and bless the preservation of the sanctity of the medicine, that it may fulfill its highest purpose here, now and always.

Pay no mind to the fear mongering you may read about online, from the same sources that told us that an experimental medical intervention during the pandemic was safe, and now admits has increased cardiac events by over 900%. They are not truthful, and they DO NOT want us to be able to heal ourselves, lest they risk losing the money they stand to gain from our fear, illness, and misplaced trust.
